Re: Walmart ceases Super 8 processing
Hope is is okay to just open up an old thread but...Has anyone found any solution to this? Is there anywhere else with a less expensive processing option than sending direct? Dwayne's $4.50 shipping is a little much in my opinion.....

Re: Will we ever see any new Super 8 gear?
I actually had e-mailed them about it and got a response back that seems promising. They are working on a prototype and if they can get it so that it is not too much money to produce, they plan to make it available.

Super 8 USA film
I know there are a lot of posts like this but would anyone be interested in passing a Super 8 cartridge around the USA or the world and sending if from person to person with each recording no more than 10 seconds on it then sending it back to me and I will have it processed and telecined?

I have seen that projector online....I can't seem to find anything about a new camera on that other site. Is there a direct link?

Will we ever see any new Super 8 gear?
Hi Guys-
People have talked and hoped for a new Super 8 camera. Does anyone thing we will ever see one? Will the Lomography people take interest and follow their hand crank "35mm movie camera" with a Super 8 camera? Just some thoughts...

Re: I just ordered two rolls of Double Super 8 E100D
If they don't have to manufacture a whole new coating (or do they) for other format such as 8mm or DS8, why can't they make them available on a special order basis?

Re: I just ordered two rolls of Double Super 8 E100D
Awesome!...It seems sort of strange to me 8mm Tri-X would get discontinued before DS8 film....

Re: regular 8 TRI-X
But still there is no way that this Tri-X could just be continually special ordered as needed in the perforation that we need?

Re: regular 8 TRI-X
So is this an issue of Kodak no longer wanting to perforate the film the way that we need it for 8mm?

Re: 8mm tri-x discontinued
Has Kodak discontinued Tri-X reversal completely? Is the one listed for sure what it takes for 8mm? Could people special order the 8mm perforations? Is there anything that can be done?

Re: regular 8 TRI-X
I think I am slightly confused. Is Kodak discontinuing the stock or just the format of the 8mm perforations? Could the 8mm always be special ordered if the film stock is till available?

John Schwind already offers this.Will2 wrote: At the same time I guess I can ask if they will perf 50D for regular 8mm but I'm sure it would be like a 10,000 foot order or something.
