Canon 814xl Autozoom Electronic

Post by pamagar »

Hello!
Hi, everyone... my name is Pablo, from Spain, I´m new here!
So... I recently acquired a Canon 814xl Autozoom Electronic and I was wondering how can I shoot Kodak Vision 500t and Kodak Tri-x.
How do I have to set the wheel? Open? 2? 4?. And the exposure compensation?. What I have to do with the red pin?... Are there any differences between Vision 500T and Tri-x?.
I plan to shoot on 18 frames... but I would like to make som small slow-motions so... for these scenes... do I have to shoot on 24fps?.
Thanks everyone!

Welcome to the forum, Pablo!

If you go to http://super8arena.com/camera_manuals.php and scroll down the list to 'Canon 814 Autozoom Electronic', you can download a manual for it, which will answer most of your questions.
