If you were shooting Ektachrome 100D indoors how would you shoot and why?

(Shoot and color correct in post? ... Shoot with 80A at 25ASA? ... Push? ... Shoot at 16fps? ... Daylight from window? )

Use a combination of daylight from windows and daylight flood lights as fill. Rate the film at ASA 200 having the lab push process the film one stop. Some indoor lighting have close enough daylight color temp to shoot E100D and get great results such as in school gyms. Have fun.

yeah don't filter the camera, filter the lights or use daylight balanced lights (replacing tubes with daylight ones can work extremely well in places like gyms and offices for example). this means you can take advantage of stray daylight, plus you don't always have to correct tungsten sources all the way, they look pretty good a little warm. oh, if you use fluorescent light make sure it's on hf ballasts unless you camera is crystal synced.
