reporting innapropriate posts

Can we have a category specifically for reporting "posts of an OBSCENE or MORALLY OFFENSIVE nature" rather than just one that invites "additional information"? And its own "reporting button" (with perhaps a distinctive logo) might be a good idea?.
Or even a "delete post" button that would delete the post on reciept of, say, 20 hits?
