Dude this clip is bomb! I love it.. The tri-x look fits the style of the music really well.. Did you do everything (write/direct, DP, edit) yourself?

yes..I did...though there is not much writing and directing
involved in my projects...everything always starts with an idea
of a nice location (in this case the rooftop)..the rest is point and shoot.
Had a helping hand working the playback/slate/nagra..

thanks

Very impressing autobiography, never thought it can be done in four and a half minutes. I like the style, less grainy than I'm used to from Tri-X. Also a good choice of beer.

Are these spam posts a new trend on pHpBB fora? What is the purpose create traffic somewhere or just boost ego's elsewhere.

Too bad admin is on sabbatical or something as reporting these posts has very little effect.
Kind regards,

This guy has posted four times and each post has absolutely zero to do with filmmaking. Bizarre indeed...

It is not a guy I suppose.
More like a robotic-script which posts everywhere where it is has an ID.

Awesome video -- it's hilarious seeing Germans name check Yo! MTV Raps. Did you use any filtration? Yellow filter? Red filter? The Tri-X looks great. And I noticed some vignetting, presumptively from the wide angle lens...was that intentional?

yes, I think I used a 2x ND filter on the roof ..the ND filter
and the schneider ultrawide lens together cause the
slight vignetting..because it pushes the utrawide lens
a little away from the optivaron front end....
maybe I also activated the wratten filter
to increase the contrast a little which I normally do..
but I am not really sure since the light conditions were kind of
unstable..

Yeah it looked great! And very nice pulled of for the small budget.

The sharpness of the bigger file is really tremendous! I hope I can achieve something alike with my Beaulieu later this year.

Best,
David
