Holder wanted for beaulieu boom mic

I am looking for a small plasctic holder for my beaulieu mic, becouse I would like to use top on my Beaulieu 7008 Sound camera. Has it anyone?

It is simillar than flash shoe... It is a small plactic holder what you can take top of the camera.

I have one from the Wittner, but is not so good. I want the older version....but thanks....
