What do you think about this as the logo?

Your map has no TASMANIA on it! Australia just doesn't look right without the little island on the south east corner - Its like an exclamation without a point!

There were two talks, actually. One for making T-shirts for this forum, the other being making T-shirts for individual film stocks, which for the latter I sent all my box cover scans to Mojohey and Dr. Strange Love.

Hey Mojo and Dr. Strange Love, what about those shirts, anyway?

Hi folks...

Rick just love your filming story... made me laugh out loud, can't wait to see it all.

Wow! a t shirt!!! kind of needs the k40 logo in there, but i guess Kodak wouldn't be too happy about that. Maybe add the city and dates to the back of the shirt :P Lastcoyote i love the logo, but i like dark blue rather than black. 8)

I'm just as excited about this project as all of you, the enthusiasm and interest is fab... great work so far. Hopefully when the project is complete... all the different styles and ideas in the film will give influence and energy to shoot more film :D

Keep on posting your stories here folks... hope to see a few pictures soon.

Mojo, I mean what about those T-shirts I sent you my box scans for a few months ago? Any results yet?

One of my studio clients has a t-shirt printing shop. I'd be willing to spearhead and bankroll the project. What I would need would be how many and what sizes so I can get a quote to see wht they would be individually with postage etc. Maybe Kodak will let us use the logo, Ill check with them.

How much per shirt? That'd determine how much I'd ask for, one scan per shirt, and each shirt having the same background color as the scan.

Hmmmm. Not sure I understand.

I just called my client. 3doz minimum and screen charges. I'm not trying to do this as a business venture, just offering to facilitate. If it starts to look too complicated or have folks thinking Im trying to make fifty cents off them then I wouldnt be interested.

A suggestion might be to take the design as offered by LastCoyote and print out a transfer and do it yourself. That's about the cheepest way I know of but theres nothing like a nice beefy screened shirt for my money.

I was referring to my idea of T-shirts for S8 stocks that Mojo and Dr. Strange Love also were interested in. I might just as well do that myself, but I thought some other people might be interested as well as soon as they hear it's feasible.

i like the idea of a T-shirt!
But I would prefer to do it myself with the standard design because I don't think that it could be cheeper to print in the USA and then to post it to Europe... So let'ts try to find a good design and then everybody can use it and print it at home.

That sounds like a good idea to me. With intl shipping the way its priced these days, you're right.

My only suggestion for the logo then would be to put the word "FILM" or better yet, "MOVIE", in instead of the word "TOUR".

Yes. Replace "tour" with "film." Excellent idea.

If you got a dozen of the shirts done, I'm sure you could sell those off to the participants. We'll just use paypal to reimburse you immediately. Or send you a MO. Whatever works.

I'd take a couple of XLs.
