Which Super 8 cameras have manual aperture and can read 64T

Post by The Swede »

I´m interested in which Super8 cameras that have complete manual aperture and not 1 stop+ or- and can read the new 64T film
The ones I know of are

Beaulieu 2008 and up
Leicina special
Elmo 110

Do you know anyone else?

Cheers

Elmo Filmatic types, the Dual and Tri filmatics.

I think the elmo super 8 sound cameras have manual iris.

300-1012 SXL series.

Many of the Eumigs' have manual iris too.

Nikons - S8X, R8 and R10 all can be run full manual and can read ASA 64 film in auto exposure.

Newer Bauers like the S715XL can be run full manual, although in auto exposure handle only 40/160 unless you modify 'em.

Camera & 64T

The Nizo-Braun S56 has a manual aperture setting, and its internal meter will also handle E64T correctly. I have shot one roll with this camera, and it turned out quite well. You just have to use an 85B filter when shooting outdoors.
