Yeah what do you want to know??

It is a bar on one side and a raggy theater on the other. Small, Video Projection, Proscenium stage. It is run down they tend to play Indie stuff that is being self-distributed.

I was 1st AC on a feature that shot a scene inside there.

Ask away...

Good Luck

Here is the schedule:

http://www.18fps.net/schedule.htm

It looks like a pretty interesting lineup of films and they are definitely biased towards Super-8mm...hence the name of their fest, I guess...

My film, "Ennui" is playing as well, right before Rick's (at 8:15 pm exactly!) so check them both out!

Hey Tom,
looks interesting. What did you shoot your film on? Do you have any more info on it?

Well, there are basically two types of footage in it. The in camera stuff was shot on my beloved Nizo 800. All of the bluish abstract imagery was using pinhole (all on K40).
This film always places in the "experimental" category at festivals, but I consider it a documentary (but visually, quite experimental I suppose).

It's cool to see so many items from people on this forum in one place. Too bad none of us (who are screening) live in the area. If anyone from the forum goes to the event please post your impressions.

So, curious if Nigel or anyone else went last night and would like to chime in? How was the event/presentation/program? I wouldn't mind a critique or overview of the fest. if you like.
