the first payment sent by Indiestar was a USPS money order. It was never received by IJM inc. and the USPS refunded the money to Indiestar

The second payment (and the only one received by IJM Inc) was a company check. IJM inc has a copy of that check. That is why IJM Inc waited 5 days for the check to clear.
