Actually, if you look closely this spool is misidentified. In fact, it is the special 100' spool for the Bolex H-8 camera. These are hard to come by.

ah, the round rather than square hole? good spotting. how much is an h8 spool worth then?

Seems to me the DuPont 16mm spools were square on one side and round on the other.

So far it looks like it is worth $15.50. :-)

Note that the sides also are engraved I and II for regular-8 mid-reel turnover.

looks like the one I made for my Bolex H-8 Rex. It cost me about $100 in materials.
