The Super 8 Web Portal

Post by Juergen »

Funded! A big thank you to all 178 backers who supported our project with a total of Euro 26,972 - there were also a lot of companies that took advertisement packages. A minimum of 3 backers came directly from this forum, as the tracking says - thanks a lot ;).

We will start with THE SUPER 8 WEB PORTAL end of August! Let's hope that Super 8 will have a bright future. And of course we will publish articles about the other small formats for filmmakers too ;).

Oh, so you're the guy who did "The definitive international guide of movie projectors"? I still need to get my hands on that! So you're going to do a magazine huh? Got enough material for your first few issues?

Hi slashmaster, yes I am the guy. And as we are online now with the Super 8 Web Portal you can see: There is enough material for the first issue (it's not a printed magazine but online).

Have a look here: www.super8.tv
With lot of articles about Super 8, news section, hundreds of Super 8 films, and a list of all supplierers and competitons.

Good work Juergen,
I bought the Super 8 camera book from you years ago, still have it. This new site looks good and I suppose Kodak will be using it for a lot of their announcements. Bit of a scoop for you!
Cheers
