Wasn't that a film perforating machine? He faded away from the forum quite soon after he retired from "The Force" if my Soft Disk serves me right.
The perf machine was never finished while he was on this forum as per my SDisk.

Perforator + slicer that may have been.

I appreciate the update. Pro perf machines are substantial heavy beasts. I have a hazy recollection his prototype was light weight.

Paul was great, he worked on a couple of my cameras.
