Another Film Cleaning Solution?

Bristles seem counter-intuitive but for $53 it could be a low cost solution. Every other option would cost at least $500. Has anyone used anything like this with any success or damage?

It's not really a film cleaner in the "scrub-your-film" sense. It's just an anti static brush to help remove dust particles.

Yikes, It would probably be ok if I didn't have curious kids. Black Magic Design is now selling a PTR set of 4 for $299, that goes with their scanner, so no spindle set-up available to make use of. I keep my films pretty clean but would like to have something to remove the dust and lint which can accumulate from handling.
