Probable interest to filmmakers

Post by PMiddy »

DRIFTWOOD (3 years in the making – 200 dollar spent)

Fellow Filmmakers may be interested in seeing a clip from my ultra low budget film

Theatrical Trailer:

Roadkill: (with DVD commentary OFF)

Roadkill: (with DVD commentary ON)

For any free advice on how we achieved this full-length feature for just 200 dollars, or any other aspect of our film - simply email me at:

I really like the way you cut the trailer - it's interesting, and that's not as easy to achieve as most people think.

Were you looking for feedback of any sort? I just had one thought while watching it, but I'll keep it to myself unless you're specifically interested in hearing it. Some people are touchy about that sort of thing. :)

Dig it. When where do I get to see it. You gonna submit it to some festivals? There'a several this year in Portland. Chas' film Westsider primered here at PUFF fest. It's actualy PIFF fest now. and I think PISS fest is this fall..... A friend and I are looking into putting together a Super 8 film festival this late summer or fall that will be exclusively for subjects shot exclusively on film.

Hey that's really good! when you said "ultra low budget" I was thinking of something "ultra crappy" but you did a great job -- trailer reminds me of a cross between "High Tension" and "Severance". I look forward to seeing the full length version.
