Uh huh. Mine has wheels mounted in pairs on the same axis, with the pipe riding in between. The gap is set for the diameter of the pipe using spacers.

Mine is larger than the one in the auction (4' x 2') so someone can ride on it. Other than that they are pretty similar. I wouldn't pay $215 for that. Mine was about $50 and change, including 20 feet of track. Additional track is about $7 for 10 ft.
