Call for Submissions: Surrealism in Film
The Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers (CSIF) is looking for media works that deal with the theme of Surrealism. In celebration of the 80th anniversary of Luis Buneul and Salvador Dali's Un Chien Andalou, the CSIF is looking for works that explore the topic of Surrealism in their content or style. All works should use film either in the production and/or post production stage. No entry fee is required and all works accepted will be paid screening fees. Deadline is July 31, 08. Tous les traveaux soumisent doivent avoir un element de film soit en production ou postproduction. Le CSIF pave des frais d'artistes pour toutes les pieces selectionnees pour projection et fournit un environment professionel pour la presentation des pieces "Art media". La Sociedad de Cineastas Independientes de Calgary (CSIF por su sigla en ingles) esta buscando trabajos de media relacionados con el tema del Surrealismo. En celebracion del 80vo aniversario de la obra Un Chien Andalou de Luis Buneul y Salvador Dali la CSIF esta buscando trabajos que exploren el tema del Surrealismo en su propio contenido y estilo. Pelicula debe haber sido usada en todos los trabajos en las etapas de produccion y/o post-produccion. No hay tarifa de inscripcion y los trabajos seleccionados tendran pago de exhibicion.
