Wow. We're okay but it's really, really bad, guys. Here's a link with photos just so you get an idea of what everyone is currently dealing with down here. https://www.buzzfeed.com/katebubacz/17-photos-show-just-how-bad-the-flooding-in-houston-really?bffbmain&ref=bffbmain&utm_term=.liz5zdEKe...

It's a re-branded Wolverine. It is being discussed in great detail over at the 8mm forum:

Re: Hello from FILM Ferrania!
interesting quote from Dave with Ferrania over on Apug. In fact, because "regular" 8mm film is infinitely easier to produce, it's likely that we will produce a small batch to release alongside Super 8 - just to see how it goes. We have already had a conversation about this as a future pros...

Re: 16mm footage of Apollo 11's engines
Thanks for sharing that Scot, I'm sure I have seen it before but it has been a very long time. My father worked on the Saturn V project in the 1960's as an engineer on a Boeing contract with NASA. I visited the facility where he worked several years ago near New Orleans while I was working on the Hu...

-film speed: auto for 25/40 and 100/160 ASA (daylight/tungsten) -CCA filter: built-in 85A filter; with filter switch; automatic cancellation with daylight cartridge or with -----filter key Like Andreas said, Kodak Vision3 50 would work, it will only over expose by about 1 stop, well within the film...

Re: P1 vs P3
I prefer not having the power zoom. I have the P1 and P2, the P2 is the lower end of the three P models. Like sciolist said the only difference between the P1 and P3 is the power zoom, they both have the same lens and the rest of the functions are the same. The P2 has a SOM Berthiot Pan Cinor 9-30mm...

Re: I Need An 8mm Film Cleaning Kit
Urbanski Film sells film cleaning supplies. I use Filmrenew with a 100% cotton cloth. I usually use cut up an old T-shirt, just make sure it's 100% cotton, some are not. I run it between two rewinds folding the cloth over the film and holding it between my thumb and two fingers. Urbanski has instruc...

That's what I'm hopping for. I'm starting to run low on my current stock. I also just shot my last cart of E100D last year.sciolist wrote:I wonder what the chances are for 100D in regular 8mm and DS8.

Re: Meopta Admira 8IIa question
The film with the truck is a U.S. EPA cleanup of an old landfill that I was working on last summer. We shipped over 150,000 tons of waste off site in 6 months. We will finish the cleanup next year. Homelessness is a big problem in most West Coast cities but it's not affecting growth. We don't have m...

Re: Meopta Admira 8IIa question
It was all shot handheld and I'm pretty sure the Meopta scratched the film. The registration and exposure look fine when I watch it on the projector. That's the last time I have Dwayne's scan my film, there must be something wrong with their equipment or the person operating it. They do a good job ...
