It's a very useful piece of software btw -- much faster and better than Compressor for encoding aswell.

That's frustrating. They refuse to release the service manuals , and yet they won't offer service on the cameras. What reason could they have for withholding the information ? (I can't imagine there are any proprietary trade secrets pertaining to modern camera design contained in that service manua...
