I can't for the life of me work out how to insert a clip into an existing sequence - ie. how do I "make space" to fit it in, so to speak?

I thought so - and errs on the side of slight overexposure if I remember rightly.

ie I believe V200T would expose at 160ASA and V500 at 400ASA

Reference the orange mask in colour negative - you have to have this because the dyes formed in the emulsion on exposure are not "perfect" and the mask helps to correct it. Early colour negative films had no mask, but were notoriously difficult to colour balance in printing.

I may be wrong, but the last time I used Pro8 film it was notched and worked fine in my Nizo 6080.

I would recommend phoning them to check.

That has to be possibly the worst ebay auction I have ever seen - the feedback is terrible (even the positive feedbacks are often 'negative' in some way) and did you read the terms and conditions!

I've been very busy myself recently and made my first post in ages on the John Pytlak thread yesterday.

I've been spending so much time shooting stills and in my darkroom (amongst other things) I haven't had time to think about the small movie format.

Personally I find white specs more distracting and I think tend to show more easily.

They do have a wide selection of raw chemicals - incase you wanted to make your own - maybe it is possible to make your own?
