Are you sure, that it is Kodak? Looks like a fault from Agfa Moviechrome .
No problem to eleminate it .

Hello . Andec do not charge extra if you need defenetely a scan on 24 fr/sec. Transfer with 25 fr/sec offers the best quality in PAL . Hello. Thats defenetely a fault through very old material. Its a density/pressure fog coming through heat and causes reactions like a non linear exposure.
