Yes, We won with our Super 8 spaghetti western "Al Dente" the best film of festival and best camera awards at OSFAF 2006, Macedonia! That festival is the first one we have send our movie.

One thought about the aspect ratio: By letterboxing the frame down to what looks like Cinemascope, you're decreasing the image quality. What? I thought he just made the image a bit more "narrow", like more letterboxed. Like in leaving the image exactly the same as the original image, just...

Thank you guys!

Camera was Canon 1014 XL-S with pressure plate without any anamorphic lens, just cropped image to techniscope-style. During shooting sessions we just put our fingers front of lens to help composition to 2.35 cropped image.

No, unfortunately we edited it digitally, so We'll release it in DVD, but it would be great to get Super 8 (or 16 mm) print it too!
