Hi, Adam and welcome to the forum. Regarding anamorphic, do a search through the forum and you'll find valuable information discussed before. Super8man is right, those lenses won't work on the 1014 (I tried with mine). Another option is the Isco 54, but it's quite expensive. Hope this helps, Morales.

Hi, Alex. I bought mine from a short ends eBay auction, but it can be bought at Wittner and developed by Andec in Germany.
I tried it on the Canon 814AZe and the 1014XL-S, haven't sent it yet to the lab, I'm waiting to send a bigger amount to make shipping charges worthwhile. :)

Hi to all. IMHO the beauty of single 8 is the possibility of shooting with pressure plate so I wouldn't go for a super 8 cart with these films. What I did is put some Fuji 250D into kaccema from a 400ft spool, but this is totally different.

Cheers,

Morales

My two cents. I had two DS8 converted Bolex H8, REX and REX-4. The first one came with a Som Berthiot P58/97 100mm 1:3,5 lens that didn't say anything about H8RX like the rest of lenses I have (Switars, Pan cinor zoom) and worked properly. I didn't sell it with the camera cause it wasn't precisely i...

Hi to all. AFAIK, you can photograph everything in public places, except for children and officers of the law, goverment buildings, airports, etc. Regarding common people, even if you are shooting a super 8 cart of your local park (as I did many times, even anamorphic) and they refuse, they cannot s...

Re: Processing Kodak Plus-X/Tri-X in FOMA B&W Reversal K

I want to try processing Plus-X/Tri-X in the set for processing Fomapan R (2 x 16mm x 30,5 metres). I should change time of procedures, in comparison with the data in the instruction? Probably someone has experience with processing in these chemicals? :?: Best regards Hi, Alex. works perfectly well...

Are the Bolex H8 RX lenses c-mount or their own type of mount? Hi to all. There are not many lense choices for the Bolex H8RX. Basically you have only Switar primes (5,5mm, 12,5mm, 36mm and 150mm, but this last one I've never had it).I once had a 100mm Som Berthiot that actually worked pretty well,...

can you please elaborate? what's a series c? and series v? what do i search for? what about using an m42 to c-mount adapter and then a 42mm to 43mm step up ring? would that work you think? i'm not sure if m42 is the same as 42mm filter thread, but all metric threads are usually the same, right? /ma...

Soon, soon, I promise. I need to organize a little my work space (lion's lair by now).
Keep up the good work. I have my freezer full of film too, I can't wait to shoot it all.

Kind regards,

Morales.

Hi, Ronnoco With a little more light it would have been great. It can be seen by the end of the concert footage. Still, proves that Plus-X is a great stock. I used tri-x pushed to 320 at a jazz concert too. I will post it when I develop it. One question, didn't you mirrored it or everybody is left h...

Thanks for the help... I think it was more the sound she was hearing, and not about the metering, but it is good to know!!! Thanks again, and I'll be back.... :D That seems more like a need of overhauling, servicing, oiling. 500T uses the same standard Kodak cart as the other stocks. Cheers,...

As far as I know, the 814 doesn't expose correctly ASA 500, does it? Does anybody know how would this stock be measured automatically in an 814AE? AFAIK 500T is notched as 320T so you are overexposing 1/3 stop aprox., which is good. There is another post saying that Kodak would reformulate it to be...
