New Super 8 film "Gitpu"

The title of my new Super 8 film "Gitpu" is Mi'kmaq for eagle. My cousin Lorne's spiritual connection with nature did not prepare me for his passing, i.e. https://vimeo.com/252260456 password = bolex Beaulieu 6008Pro w/ Schneider 6-70mm, V3 50D/200T, scan by Frame Discrete re: 4.2K 10bit DPX

Is Kodachrome still processed ANYWHERE in the world?

Gave up? Where have you been? It was no longer manufactured nor supported by Kodak. Very complex large expensive industrial process. Dwayne had no choice in the matter.

Re: Paul Cotto-Film Slicer

I appreciate the update. Pro perf machines are substantial heavy beasts. I have a hazy recollection his prototype was light weight.

Re: 16mm footage of Apollo 11's engines

No. Your assumptions are incorrect. Think about it. There is no instantaneous 500fps. It has to safely ramp up to speed and was designed in this manner. A custom and heavy battery was temporarily built as per the cam power specs, 30v and 30a peak available if necessary. The cam drew approx 12-15 amp...

First clip is 500fps load test at 30v approx 15 amps. 2nd clip is actual shooting speed used at 200fps, ie htt...
