My lip sync animation exersize was to scan flip book cards. Each card was a different mouth position or sound, but the head and eyes were the same. They were brought into Premiere in a folder. Preferences were set so that they would be too long when dragged down to the timeline. Then I just mucked a...

... so why don't you simply use another lab in your country?
Sure, that is what I must do. I just liked going out to the lab. It was such a great huge place it was like being part of something really big. I like factories and places like that.

The cine program will capture and pulldown at the same time at different speeds if you set it for that. Though, I always liked to make a capture of one frame, and one video frame, with no pull down. Premiere will do that, too.

Scott, That is such a subtle difference and easy to miss: V1U vers Z1U and such a big change, ie 1/3 vers 1/4. There is always something to snag on. An old Goko TC-20 I had used first to transfer film had a variable lamp that was very usefull for overexposed shots. Lowered, the light changed color, ...

My H8RX worked without them; then I got one; then I got another one. Now it is very difficult to put the spool onto the post. It goes on eventually but it is darn near impossible in a bag.

New film requires new glue, both were changed supposedly; and old glue won't work is what I was told. My stuff is all old and I've shot new film and everything works so go figure. Lick your finger tips and hold the film. The side that sticks to your fingers has the emulsion. Likewise, if you wet the...
