 Ya a story like a missing film cart sent out and the lab recieved it like 30 years later and suprisingly the image is still there but after project out a looks like meaningless images. I've had a couple experiences like that, including processing a 16mm cartridge from WW2 era government GSAP ...

OK, now sit back. Relax, take a deep, long breath. And another, that's good! Feel better, calmer? Now just say three times, "the cameras I've got are just fine". Ohh, the peace, feel the serenity, from the top of your head, to the tips of your toes. Your cameras are just fine. Just - fine....

To ME, movies were better before the collapse of the studio system. This summer we saw the appearance of "Spider Man 3", "Shrek 3", "Harry Potter 5" and "Pirates of the Caribbean 3". Waddya mean movies were better in the old days? But aren't all the abo...

Nope, Walmart can't take the blame for your camera's bad tracking, unless you bought it from them. Maybe your 35 year warranty is still active? Was WM even around in Super 8 days?

Try your camera again with a cartridge of a different film stock, see if the camera or the cart was to blame.

I gotta admit, a smattering of Adam Smith is the only enonomic theory I know. Spent too much time in rehearsal studios in my youth, I guess.

Do more modern economists give us any hope for success, or is it just another iteration of "money makes money".

Nah, they're always faster, better color and less grain in the reviews. Then you buy some and they're NG.

"Beauty and the Beast" by Cocteau. People come in and out of mirrors. Very strange and beautiful in-camera effect.

Try it and see. If the cartridge doesn't jam in you camera, send it in to Dwayne's for processing; you'll probably get a recognizable image, though the color and exposure may not be ideal. It will certainly look old-time, though.

Money is truly the root of all evil This opinion is flawed and a false reference to the Biblical saying. 1st Timothy 6:10 reads: "For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.&quo...

It looks like E64 and E100 shot with an 85 filter, which causes it to be slightly bluish. But it's shot in late winter / early spring, so the You can adjust color in some video editing suites such as Premier and Final Cut Pro. Cubdukat mentioned that he shot some of the scenes in manual exposure to ...

A free-market demands the virtues of honesty and productivity. Do you have any backup for this opinion, or is it just wishful thinking? Adam Smith said the basis of the market was "enlightened self interest". From what I remember he did not speak about virtues, only the "hidden hand&...
