Filmshooting

I've got some 10 years old film transfers that were done in SD. I want to position the image in the middle of at 16:9 1080p HD frame. The destination is Vimeo and the NLE is Premiere Pro. Thanks in advance for your collective expertise.

At 24fps, what is the effective shutter speed for a) Nikon R10
B) Canon 1014 xls

I ask for light metering purposes.

It took me a year and four months before I arrived at the cut that played the 2008 circuit. (the only cut that circulates)...
