I do have perforators for std 8 film ,one Debrie machine & another from Agfa made by Buko who supplied most European film manufacturers.freshly perforated film should never cause uneven perforation pitch as the punch & die teeth are locked to each other in rows with reference teeth engaging already ...

Reference unsteady perfs on early Wittner Velvia it is indeed the case that this was reperforated 16mm film as I reperforated it.
