how to use macro on nizo 801

hi guys, i would like to find find out do you use the macro function on nizo 801. I've switched from the red dot to zero above the lens but still can seem to get any focus. the only thing that i've achieved for doing that is enabling the manual zoom. what should i do?

Is your camera a '801' or a '801 macro'?
I don't think '801' (I mean without the 'macro' inscription...) has got the macro function...

lian,

One clockwise click further to the right from the "0" will put you in macro mode with manual control. To the far left (anti-clockwise) you have power zoom control over the macro. This should be marked on front panel, the macro field should also be marked on the zoom ring.

If this doesn't work and you dont have the relevant markings on the camera you may have an 801 with a 801m plate or an 801m with a regular 801 lens fitted.

I forgot to mention that the macro field starts at the far end of the wide angle setting.
