Kodak pre-paid processing mailers?

Post by B.K. »

Hi, does anyone know if Kodak has stopped selling processing mailers for Kodachrome in the US? They seem to be unavailable from all the big outlets.

Yes, the prepaid mailers have been discontinued in the USA only. Kodachrome processing is available through Wal*Mart at $4.88/roll, or by mailing to Dwayne's for $9 plus postage.

In Canada, the prepaid mailers are listed in their catalog at CAD$24 each.

How long are they going to accept the mailers we already have? I've still got a bunch with no expiration date.

I think they'll probably accept them in the US until the expiry date of the last batch they sold.

After that, I see no reason why you couldn't just mail them directly to Switzerland for processing.
