super 8 engagement

hello all- this isnt a very helpful post, but thought some of you may get a kick out of it.

i needed a good way to propose to my girl last week. i told her that i had seen some good footage of a lake and some ducks shot on tri-x on a gloomy, cloudy day on this website.

i took her down to the lake, started shooting some k-40 w/my bauer (it was a perfectly miserable, rainy cold ohio afternoon.) after a few shots i asked her to get me some tri-x (or was it plus-x, i forget) in which i had hidden the ring. well the rest is history, one soggy knee later, i'm engaged.

ahh, the may facets of this wonderful film medium.
