Hi gstone. I'm assuming your camera is a regular 8mm (also known as double 8mm, split 8mm, R8, etc.) as opposed to super 8mm. Anyway, you can get both regular 8mm and super 8mm from a few places online. Here's the link to one place:

As far as parts go, I'm not sure what's wrong with your camera, but it is unlikely you will be able to find any "parts". Your best bet is to simply buy another camera on eBay or elsewhere and either use it for parts or simply use it to shoot!
