I don't know quite what you're asking. If you're asking "how can I use c-mount lenses on my Canon camera", the answer is: you can't.
If you're asking "where can I get the wide-angle or telephoto adapter that fits my Canon", that's a much better question, and as I recall they did have "C" in their name. Ebay is the most popular place to find something like that, but also posting in various "equipment wanted" groups (including here), or going someplace like London's Widescreen Centre might yield results.
