a nice collection of film works

... I just made reference to this collection of cinematographies in another thread and decided they probably warrant a posting. It's the work of Bill Heath who has done a lot of work on skiing, but his work is quite diverse and always rich in visual detail. These days he's working mostly in 35mm, but many of the clips in his "theatre" were shot on S16.... And of course the timeless and classic "Ski Your Ass Off" recorded on luxurious K40....

If you like his work, you can buy his box set on DVD. It is worth it. I did.

.....Pororoca and Sinners are my two faves..... The Josh Ritter video is also very well done.
