nizo 6080 and 4080

what about Nizo 4080, what is the different between nizo 8060 and 4080. Is it like the differences between 8114slx and 1014slx? I checked the functions, they are very similar. Does the 4080 use 6 AA batteries as well? I just thought if the 6080 is too expensive to get and there aren't many differences, I might grab a 4080 instead.

I think that the main difference is that the 6080 accepts the 200 ft magazine and the 4080 does not.

The only differences are the support for the 200ft cartridge and the fades lap dissolve of 90 seconds ....The 4080 has a fades lap dissolve of 45 seconds. The other characteristics (including the lens) are the same...

The 4080 is a Great camera...

They are fitted with different lightmeters too, and the 6080 is also quieter - I am told it was manufactured at a later date, and they managed to reduce the noise levels even further.

The 4080 is definately a great camera though. The 4056 is a great camera too - personaly I would prefer a 6056 to a 4080, but all are really great cameras at the end of the day, and the 6080 is really a lot more expensive for minor improvements.

What is the difference between the light meter in 4080 to 6080? Does it work as good as 6080? If I shoot a film, will the result be different from 4080 to 6080?

It's just upgraded - they basicaly just do the same thing. They look different in the viewfinder, but why they changed it I cannot say. Probably not much or no difference.

If my memory chip is correctly connected these brochures include detailed features for both the 4080 & 6080. the only diff is the 60m mag?
