ghosted transfer

hi,
..anybody help me please solving my problem!! I have bought a simple video tranfer box on ebay (mirror and ground glass model). I have tried the stop motion capture 2 frames per second with the same speed adjusted at my variable speed projector(using20Wlamp)!! I would be satisfied (speed, no flicker, in focus)with the first results if it weren´t "ghosts" in my image...
...when just projected to screen there are no ghosts in the image at all but when I project through the transferbox,there is a ghost on right side of the image - even when projecting a still frame and noticable on the ground glass (+ monitor, 3ccd camera, tv). The ghosts are on sharp and dark objects outlines very bad.
..I expect some the problem must be in the optical set up of the box (ankle of the mirror) or the projectors zoom lens set (full/no zoom??).
When I was playing with the projector/transferbox position almost nothing changed..
