Inching Knob on Super 8 Cameras

Does anyone know if any super 8 cameras were manufactured with an inching knob (which is very useful for checking the gate)? I realize that if an inching knob was implemented in the camera design, it was probably on a camera which could use various lenses (such as a Beaulieu) and thus the lens could be removed for closer inspection of the gate. So, although I've never seen or heard of a super 8 camera which has an inching knob, I thought I'd throw this question into the forum to see if any of you have ever run into a super 8 camera with this feature.
