Note there is no processing for K40 (I guess you mean K40) in London.
K 40 is shipped worlwide to Switzerland. Try a web inquiry dfor your UK support. Bytwt there hve been other (?) reports of K40 film losses recently.

thanks, it finally arrived, about a week after another one sent at the same time...
