Re: Ferrania news?
They've updated their Facebook and Kickstarter pages, but they don't seem to have updated their website yet.

I guess that they have many problem now, and the biggest problem is ...they just can't start.

It's really unfair to bash Ferrania ! as it takes alot to make a new film and get it right ? if there were to start selling film which was not made right /for a new market , There would been alot off diasppointed people out there .kontrabass888 wrote:I guess that they have many problem now, and the biggest problem is ...they just can't start.
yes there had some major set backs and problems , That's life , It takes time .

I think everyone needs to understand that this is not a "turnkey" operation. There will be snags. There will be hurdles. Hopefully all these will be overcome.
It comes as no surprise to me that there are delays, most major operations like this take years to reach fruition.

The government says that by 2010 30% of us will be fat....I am merely a trendsetter

When you read their website reports you will understand that the labrooms where closed down for considerable time due to asbestos finds and required clearing. Maybe you had better volunteered to help.kontrabass888 wrote:It is July now, wish my friends in Italy have a nice summer vacation:D
Holidays in Italy usually are much later in season than in the North of Europe.
Let's hope for a quick delivery of the kickstarter batches.
Avichrome now costs Euro 35 too. People are crazy.
Kind regards,
