Double Super 8 (DS8) stockists

Hi all, just wanted to try and compile a list of current DS8 stockists. A lot of my bookmarked links are broken as some businesses are no longer around. Feel free to add to the list.

Just had an email response from Wittner who said their Chrome 200D would be ready in approximately 4 weeks.

I wonder how long Wittner can offer Chrome 200D since production stopped on this material over a year ago. I assume he bought out the last of the 200D. How long this will last is the question.

Interesting, do you know what the source material is?

Also, are you still selling film John? Your website seems to be no longer operational.

Yes, I am still selling film. My working website is <www.buy8mmfilm.com> .

The source for 200D is AGFA AVIPHOT 200D. A film used in high speed cameras for tracking test rockets but that is done with digital cameras now. So, AGFA stopped production because customers switched to digital. It has an estar base material to operate in high speed cameras without tearing but it is tough to splice. --J.S.
