Eumig nautica questions

Hello, I'm new to the forum, and new to the world of super 8 film shooting.
I have ordered a Eumig Nautica, which is coming to me from France, so I'm sure I'll have more questions when it arrives.

Some of my preliminary questions are:

1. What is the benefit of the PMA lens, and is there a way to get the attachment if it doesn't come with one?

2. Does anyone know where I can find the cork float that goes on the strap? I have been informed that this camera is missing it, and would like to have it just to be safe.

3. What happens if the zoom set is used above water?

4. If I look in the viewfinder and adjust the lens, will I be able to see the difference? (is it an SLR or similar?)

5. How should I test the camera to make sure it's waterproof/what kind of silicone grease should I use to keep the o-ring sealed?

5. Do any of you have any basic tips for someone who is new to the world and doesn't want to waste a bunch of film learning?
