I'm in the market for a switar 5.5mm aspheron for the switar 10mm, or the century 6mm WA, either with the 10mm or separately... I'm looking for a source either in Canada or US. In fact, just a 5-6mm lens that focuses sharply with a reflex bolex at f2 would be nice.

Anyone?

It's a long shot, but if any Canadian compatriots are willing to loan one for a week or two, well, that would be awesome, too... it'd be great to make sure it fits in my housing before I buy one.

If you have any better suggestions for a wide angle for a bolex, let me know.

I often use the super-8 version of the Bolex Aspheron on my 16mm Bolex 10mm RX lens. It seems just as good re sharpness, but way way cheaper. Don't know whether it will clear your housing though. And maybe not quite as wide angle possibly as the 16mm version.
