I put the film out a while back. Here it is for those who haven't seen it yet:

Thanks Andreas. I had not seen that before. A beautiful collaboration. I love the idea of it all taking place on the same day right across the planet. Time lapse opens up such a different window on the world. The extremely strange thing for me is that while everything is technically speeded up, what I was seeing, or feeling, was the exact opposite, as if the universe was leisurely taking it's time, in no hurry ...

cheers

Great collective effort, Andreas! And thank you for introducing me to the music of Sorb-i-tol! Great synchronization between image + sound.

"...this magic project."

I'll say! Beautiful fun imaginative visuals and emotion...and a top-of-the-list use for the tiny format that wouldn't...that hasn't....that's still around!

Yeah, that is really great. I hadn't seen it before either so thanks for the reminder. Makes me wonder why we collectively don't do more things like that--seems so much simpler and frutiful than the complicated "pass the cart" projects. I suppose it's just someone taking the initiative. But so many people come and go here, just look at all of the filmmakers on that project who are no longer around. Sigh.
