Ektachrome 100D film speed notch

Post by Lunar07 »

I remember reading an old post here stating that the film speed notch of Ektachrome 100D is not correct. Was I imagining the post? I can not find it now. Can someone please, if they know about the post, state what was the issue or a link to the original thread. Thanks much!

Kodak 100D is notched correctly. Wittner 100D was/is notched as 64D/100T, which swung the filter out when the Tungsten key was inserted.

So that was about Wittner's 100D cartridges. Thanks!
But that is also interesting because cameras like the Eumig Viennette 8 with no filter pin that can read the 100T notch will work fine with Wittner's cartridge after removing filter via filter key.
