What are the brightest bulbs for 16mm?

I'm trying to find a 16 mm projector with a powerful bulb. I know 1200 watt tungsten bulbs will fit a bell and howell JAN and a few others. What can beat this? I know a xenon can but how many watts does a xenon bulb have to be to equal the brightness of a 1200 tungsten?
