I need idea's for a small concave screen.

I want to make a slightly concave movie screen about the size of an A sheet of paper. Any ideas of something about as concave as I would need that I could cut into one? I was thinking about cutting one of those small round sleds into one but it's not winter here now so I can't find one.

I have a portable microfiche viewer made by Bell&Howell called the Commuter that looks like an attache case and it has a concave screen in the lid. There's always some for sale on eBay.

Thanks Boc, as for what I'm up to. My projector can't get the center of the screen and the corners sharp at the same time so I want a screen that will partially correct it. Thanks Bolextech, I'll look that up.
