Looping, continuously variable speed 16mm projector needed!

Does anyone have any idea where I could find a continuously variable speed 16mm film projector with a looping mechanism?

Ideally, the projector's playback rate can be adjusted from 1-24 fps and already has, or can be outfitted with, a looping mechanism. It does not need to playback sound. Ideally, the film looping mechanism can accommodate a film loop of up to 400 ft. (100 ft will do as well)

I know I'm asking a lot... it seems like I should be looking for a film analysis projector, but I can't seem to locate any for sale.

I have 2 Athena 4000TSM MK IV Projectors (need work) here which are part of a 1971 Laird Telecine film chain system with optical multiplexer which are for sale. Sale is for entire system though. 500 pounds total.
