free music for Super 8 movies

Post by sonnyboo »

9 completely free pieces of instrumental music for INDIE MOVIEMAKERS.

There's REGGAE, JAZZ, BLUES, NEW AGE, DRONES, and more. All royalty free - meaning download & use it - there's no lawsuit if you do.

One of the common things occuring today thanks to DV is that everyone feels they can just steal popular or even copyrighted music & use it in their movies. It's just music right ? Well, what's the difference between you stealing music & some other DV filmmaker stealing parts of your movie & using it in their movie ? It's all art & it's all protected. Here is a solution - use this music for free and don't worry.

All you have to do is credit the songwriter - Peter John Ross
http://www.sonnyboo.com and the music is your to use for free. They may not be "Beatles" songs, but they can be the difference between your movie getting popular, or getting a "cease & desist" order. And there is no more music for sale on this site or any other site from Peter John Ross. These are just a donation to the public domain.

And don't forget to get more free goodies at
http://www.thecfc.org/downloads/downloads.htm
which include free screenwriting templates, SAG/DGA paperwork, storyboarding templates, call sheets, breakdowns, and tons more.

Filmmaking is not a sport, so it's not a competition. Let's help each other out for art's sake.
