Elmo 16 CL Parts?

I've been shooting 16mm recently and getting prints but my elmo projector just developed a sticky gunky roller, putting black gunk all over some film and making the projector lose its loop intermittently.

Is there somewhere to get replacement parts? (Just looked on ebay urbanski film is selling a replacement roller kit for $95 and only ship to the US. Someone is else selling "rubber tyres" for the projector for $9.50)

Also what would be best for cleaning the gunk off the film and where would I get it from?
