Want to shoot a music video?
I am part of LA based indie project ala Joy Division, Depeche Mode, Cure, New Order etc. looking to shoot a music video on Super8. Unfortunately there is no pay, just experience, it's indie afterall. No really, we do have access to some equipment--- camera, editing, etc., but if you have your own that works too. This video will end up on our website and on our CD, possibly other outlets too. We our looking for a good cinematographer, so if this sounds interesting, send me a PM and I'll get you more information.
I have to admit, there really isn't much of a budget, the whole project went way over budget in recording costs. Crew, that depends on how much beer we can buy at the end of the day right. So this is more or less a call to Guerrilla filmakers, the ones that do what they do, and do it well, because they want to, maybe it will lead to some exposure. To us.... it's a help us, and hopefully we can help you in some way, and of course we have considered cost of film/processing/telecine, so there is a limit to the amount of film we can shoot.

doesn't matter. with what money will you buy the beer? process the film? even a $200 budget is a budget. it's the only way for a dp to know what he should expect. everybody talks about a good time, exposure, beer, future paid gigs and so on, and it doesn't mean anything at all. we want to know what we have to work with, and a low budget is not something to be ashamed of, some dp's might even like the challenge.Skylab001 wrote:So this is more or less a call to Guerrilla filmakers
